CHEF BOB MOSER
A guy who knows a little about local flavor, Bob Moser is a Colorado native and grew up with a wooden spoon in his hand since the age of five. Bob learned the ways of the kitchen at home with loving care and inspiration from his mom, and when his tastes matured, he chose the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco to study. After graduation in 1999, his heart brought him back home to work in some of Colorado’s finest restaurants including California Cafe at Park Meadows, Ted's Montana Grill, Summit Restaurant at the Broadmoor and Palomino Euro Bistro. When he’s not creating handmade masterpieces at our LoHi restaurant, Bob enjoys traveling to reinvigorate his palate and has sampled the food on four continents. At home, his wife, 4-year-old daughter and 5 dogs keep him pretty wrapped up, but not enough to keep him from cooking a fantastic dinner.
